Do it Your Way

Tweak our templates and tailor them to your needs. Our no-code form builder can customise your form within minutes.

Step 1: Edit Process Details

Upon choosing the template, you will be directed to Process Details. Here, you can change your form title and/or description.

Under Manage User Access, you can also control which employee(s) gets to have access to this process/form.

Step 2: Edit Form Fields

Using Form Builder, choose your form fields and edit them.

Optional Step: Transfer Asset Allocation Details Into Database

After finalising your form, proceed to Design WorkflowYou can change and customise the workflow to suit your needs with the following methods:

  1. Use other plug-ins from Add Plugins
  2. Drag the purple connectors around to re-position the plug-in connections
  3. Double-click each plug-in to edit its details

For example, let’s say an employee is leaving. His asset “Computer A” will be reallocated to a new employee. We want to keep Computer A’s allocation details the same, and only update the name of its new owner in our database.

To do so, we can configure the Update Database plug-in as shown below. When someone submits the asset allocation form with “Computer A” written under Asset Name, the database will replace the ex-employee’s name in “Allocated to” with the new employee’s name automatically:

Step 3: Publish Your Form

After Publish Changes in Workflow Builder, your asset allocation form is ready to go.

If you provide an employee access to this process in Forma, he/she will can click on Submit New Entry to indicate the allocation of an asset.

Otherwise, you can use the Share button to:

  • Send the form to your employees via a public URL
  • Embed the form into your website

That’s it. Really.
