Upon choosing the template, you will be directed to Process Details. Here, you can change your form title and/or description.
Using Form Builder, choose your form fields and edit them.
After finalising your form, proceed to Design Workflow. You will see an existing template workflow that routes claim requests to different personnel in the Finance Department for approval.
You can change and customise the workflow with the following methods:
In this example, the company wants to route claim requests of less than $1,000 to the Finance Manager. This crietria can be specified by editing the Conditions plugin.
After Publish Changes in Workflow Builder, your expense reimbursement form is ready to go.
If you provide employees access to this process in Forma, they will be able to submit their requests with the Submit New Entry button.
